"If you're reading this and searching for a Dentist in Fort Worth. Stop searching you have reached the right place. Im so thankful I found this hidden treasure when we moved to Texas. After many failed trips going from Dentist to Denist, never really getting anything accomplished, but maximum charges to my insurance 🙃 and a recommendation for to go to another surgeon just to extract teeth,ikr. Now after just one session, in which she was able to remove the tooth, for free ,btw (Fathers Day Special) had me at home resting in less than 2hrs. Unbelievable with Dr El no question l had found our New Family Dentist. Hollywood Dental really is one shop shop!! She can do it all!! Now Im getting maximum quality work in mins,weeks, not months and years!! After a couple Months of going. All the major work is completed okay. Um, great, what I look like now? I went from covering my mouth to smile,to can't stop smiling!!Dr El's Hands are blessed. Tell her I said Hi. I know you on the way Now!!😁"

"I'll start by saying, it's been 25 years of me absolutely not going to the dentist unless I had to. My first visit here was for a root canal, Cynthia and Dr El were both so phenomenal I scheduled my next appointment the same day. I usually have to be sedated for my dental treatments but the time and patience they showed me is unparalleled in any other dentist I've ever been to personally or heard about from family & friends. I just had my follow up today after my root canal and it was the same glorious treatment I had previously, Dr El has the biggest heart of any Dr I've ever met with. The time she takes to help explain, to teach, to comfort - completely unseen nowadays. In just two visits she's taught me how to easily floss, what to look for and during each procedure she tells me what to expect during and after. It's a level of comfort I've never had and I look forward to coming back to see her and getting more taken care of, I cannot say enough about how calming and (dare I say Dr El can be really funny) hilarious it is to have an appointment here. I laugh during my appointment which has never happened before, I even almost fell asleep during my root canal! I'm just thrilled and incredibly thankful and lucky to have found her and her amazing staff. Thank you!!"

"Let me start by saying by far this was the BEST dental experience I’ve had ever Mrs. Cynthia was so sweet and patient when I came in unprepared she didn’t send me away instead worked with me and didn’t show any type of frustration but understanding which I loved and admired! Also Dr. El the best dental doctor I ever had operate on me very professionally communicated with every detail gave her professional opinion but didn’t pressure push or rush she took her time she put your needs pain and feelings into account at all times if your looking for a place that will not just get u in and out but take their time come here that you so much for ur time god bless 🙏🏾"
"Had my first appointment with Dr E today. Now I can understand why all her patients rate her with a 5 star rating. I learned more and made more progress with Dr E today than I have in the past 3 years from other dentists. If there was a rating higher than 5 star, I would give it to her and staff."

"This was an absolute pleasant location to visit, even though they were fairly new. They were very confident and educated in the work I was able to get in fast and quick. We got all my price quotes and scheduled to come back. I recommend this location to anyone that has dental needs in the DFW area. Cynthia is great and so is the dentist. "I have been going to this office for over a year. The new staff Dr.El, Synthia & Edgar are a breath of fresh air. Synthia is bright, welcoming and friendly! She is efficient and responds to questions quickly. Making appointments with her is a breeze. She also assisted me with finding a more affordable appointment for my oral surgery. Dr. El is super knowledgeable, friendly and encourages the best oral health for her patients. I recently had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and although she did not do the procedure she gave me ease of mind with post and pre op instructions. Edgar is friendly and makes X-rays and set up for cleanings go smoothly! I will continue going here and wish the best success for the team and future patients."

"Such an awesome experience with Dr. Elrabaa. She took the time, counseled me, went over a Dental treatment plan for me. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, so my first trip back was amazing. I almost skipped my appointment because of work, but because I hadn't been in so long, I kept my appointment. I am so glad I did. It felt like I was at a tooth spa, literally. She treated my teeth, with such care. The way she handled my 32 teeth, felt really good. Again, Dr.Elra was phenomenal, at taking care of my teeth.
